Drug-specific tracker intent

Zepbound side effect log (simple timeline template)

Keep one clean record of what happened, when it started, and what else changed that week. This page is for logging and organization, not treatment advice.

Educational only. For dosing or medical decisions, follow your prescriber and product labeling.

What this page is for

Most side-effect questions are really timeline questions: Did symptoms start right after injection, the next day, or later in the week? A simple log makes that visible.

Best use case: pair this with your Zepbound injection tracker so dose timing and symptom timing live in the same workflow.

What to log (minimum viable fields)

  • Symptom such as nausea, fullness, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, sleep disruption, or injection-site irritation
  • Severity on a simple 0-10 scale
  • Start time and end time, or at least the day relative to injection
  • Injection timestamp so the weekly rhythm is obvious
  • Context notes for sleep, meals, hydration, alcohol, travel, illness, stress, or a missed/late dose
  • What changed that week, if anything
Non-medical safety note: if symptoms feel severe, sudden, or unsafe, seek urgent medical care. This page is only a tracking aid.

Printable Zepbound symptom log

Keep it boring and consistent. A short factual note is more useful than a long paragraph written from memory later.

How to read the timeline

  • After-injection window: note whether symptoms cluster the same day, next day, or later in the week.
  • Dose-change weeks: mark them clearly so you do not compare adjustment weeks to steady weeks.
  • Missed-dose weeks: log the schedule change so the timeline still makes sense later. Use the Zepbound missed dose tracker if timing shifts.
  • Confounders: poor sleep, travel, illness, alcohol, or unusual meals can dominate the signal. Tag them instead of guessing.

Track symptoms in Jabbit

Jabbit keeps dose timing, reminders, and symptom notes in one private iPhone workflow, which is usually easier than splitting logs across notes, texts, and calendars.
